Charod believes the information which it places on the Web site to be correct at the time of doing so. Charod accepts no duty to place information on the Web site, or to update or correct any information which may be published on the Web site.

The materials on the Web site do not constitute advice. Nothing in the Web site, in any other web sites to which links may be provided from the Web site, or in any other communication from Charod, is intended to be, or should be construed as being, an invitation or inducement (direct or indirect) by Charod to any person to engage in investment activity.
Whilst Charod seeks to provide accurate information on the Web site, Charod neither makes nor gives representations or warranties, express or implied, about the Web site (and any information on it or on the links to other web sites), including as to accuracy, completeness, suitability for purpose, availability, legibility, speed of download or access, or timeliness.

Charod does not warrant or offer any assurance that the Web site is compatible with your computer equipment or the network through which you access the Web site, that the Web site is free of errors, or that the use of the Web site will not lead to viruses, "Trojan horses," "worms," or similar destructive software accessing your computer equipment. Charod shall not be liable for any damage which you may suffer as a result of such errors or viruses. You agree to indemnify Charod for any losses, costs, expenses or liabilities which Charod may incur because of your use of the Web site. Charod shall endeavour to mitigate such losses, costs, expenses and liabilities. Charod may delete any material posted on or through the Web site in its absolute discretion.
There is no guarantee that an e-mail to Charod or information submitted via the Web site will be received by Charod. You may prefer to contact Charod by alternative means. Charod cannot undertake to answer any or all communications within any specific time-scale.
6. Linking
The inclusion of a link in the Web site to any other web site does not imply any endorsement of any products, services, information or material offered or accessible on, or of any person connected with, any such other web site. The content of such linked web sites is beyond the control of Charod. The links are provided for information only with no warranty, express or implied, as to any aspect of those web sites. 7. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal data, or other data, which you submit to Charod electronically or via other means will not be used and shared by Charod with any regulatory authorities, professional standards bodies, firms of accountants, experts, investigators, witnesses (potential and actual), and others: except to when Charod, under the discretion of its own Terms and Conditions of Fairness and Equity, deems it necessary, or when Charod is required to under certain terms and conditions of the English or International laws, or via a direct Court Order ordering Charod to provide said information for purposes connected with the detection or prevention of crimes or criminal behaviour.
8. General
Charod may from time to time review and amend these terms. You should therefore review these terms whenever accessing or using the Web site.
Charod may at any time alter the contents of the pages on the Web site.
The invalidity or un-enforceability in any jurisdiction of any of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other of these terms. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be amended to the minimum extent required to render such term valid or enforceable, such amendment to be determined by Charod.
Nothing in these terms restricts or excludes any liability which Charod may have in respect of personal injury, death, its own fraud, or any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded under English law.
Charod may transfer its rights and obligations in respect of any matter relating to the Web site to a third party. You may not transfer any rights and obligations which you may have under these terms. The definitions used in these terms do not apply in any other documents or agreements relating to Charod.
